[UACCESS-L] Accessibility in airport paging and information systems

The next time you fly to Phoenix, check out the first cross-disability accessible paging and information system at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport.  The system was developed by ARINC Incorporated, a world leader in transportation communications and systems engineering.  The developers worked closely with community groups and advocates for people with disabilities, as well as with the Trace Center, in order to meet the airport’s high specifications for accessibility.  For more information, see http://trace.wisc.edu/news/archives/000205.htm#000205.
